Positive: Room was clean

Negative: I paid $60 for the room, but unfortunately the amenities were extremely limited. The only item provided was a toothbrush, and even that was already opened, I had to request a replacement. There was no complimentary water, no lotion, and no conditioner in the room. I was informed that drinking water is charged separately, and I ended up paying 4,500 RWF for it. Breakfast was not served as a buffet, and several items listed on the menu were unavailable. Overall, the experience did not reflect good value for money considering the price paid. I expected a better standard of service and basic amenities at this rate.
